- Camp Avalon is in a great location being about 12 minutes from Sedona. We felt very welcomed by both Hoss and Peter, who help run the camp. There are plenty of spaces to camp, with some beautiful views of Sedona. We really enjoyed walking along the creek with our dogs, where it was quiet and quite peaceful.
